Hi, I'm Jasmine Nicole. Welcome to the Motivational Mystic, a space for authentic higher conscious conversations to motivate, inspire, and empower. Thanks for listening. Each week I'll drop a new conscious raising episode. Let's dive in. Emotional intelligence helps you to determine what situation, person, or thing is worth your time and energy. Everyone operates at different vibrations and speaks at different frequencies. We discussed low and high vibrational people on this podcast before. Low vibrational people live and operate from their lower nature. They exude and project anger, fear, jealousy, envy, basically negative emotions, which are all in alignment with having a low vibration. So when a person's dominant trait or their first instinct is to act negatively, you really have to determine how much of your time and energy you give to that person. And that's where using discernment and having emotional intelligence becomes an asset. You have to be aware of those cyclones of chaos out there that always have some type of drama or negative attitude, and you certainly don't want to get sucked into anyone's madness, their negative orbit. So having awareness of your own vibration is key. Because if you're a vibrational match to someone like that, you might be someone that operates from your lower nature too. And that's fine. Everyone operates at various levels of consciousness, vibrations, and frequencies. However, if you're listening to this podcast, you're more in alignment with being a high vibrational person. You focus more on the positive things in life, the task, the goals, the community you want around you. And it all has to be going in a forward-moving direction, harmonious, and it should be fulfilling. When you are operating at a high vibration, you look to experience the more refined or sophisticated things in life. You focus on building good things, pursuing good opportunities. Your focus, your attention, is more on positively oriented things. When you operate at a high vibration, things tend to work out more in your favor. That's what I've realized from personal experience. Where attention goes, energy flows. So I think through that, having awareness of where your vibration is, what level you vibe at, is important. What's the theme of your life story? The tone? The temperature? We're all multifaceted people. We all feel a range of emotions. But if your normal state of equilibrium, your state of neutrality, is negatively oriented, you might want to unpack that and figure out why. What's causing it? What's triggering that? If your normal state of equilibrium is more positively oriented, you have a positive outlook on life and you focus on higher vibrational emotions. You are in alignment with being a high vibrational person. You focus on positive things such as something you want to achieve or being around good people, good community. If you're a parent, maybe it's just the enjoyment of your children. Someone who focuses on all the positive aspects of their individual life. No one's got it all together, but there are good and happy times that we all experience. So cherishing those experiences seems to be more in line with someone that operates at a higher vibrational level. I'm recognizing with those people, there is an advanced form of emotional intelligence that they possess. So I think we could really use a lot more emotional intelligence in our world today. We all have instinct, we all have intuition, but it feels like we've gotten to a place in society where emotional intelligence, and intelligence overall, especially in America, has gone out the window. I'm not too sure if it's influenced by social media, mainstream media, politics, or maybe a combination of things. But there seems to be a loss of individuality and a need to subscribe to a groupthink mentality for refuge or acceptance. People are just ready to hop on the red team vs. blue team political bandwagon and let those idiots dictate what they think and what they do. While a lot of these politicians scuffing their pockets and living debaucherous lifestyles behind closed doors with taxpayer money. I don't know. I won't get too much into that, but I will say, there seems to be a dumbing down of America. If I'm just going to call it out for what it is. I can call out what I see from where I'm located, but I'm sure this may be happening other places as well. I believe they stopped teaching kids in school, which would currently be Gen Alpha. They stopped teaching them how to read and write in cursive. So future generations won't be able to read historical documents, which primarily were written in cursive. I think that's unfortunate, because you need to know the history of things so you don't duplicate stupid things again. You can learn from history to avoid making the same mistakes. There are a lot of short attention spans out there, I can say that for sure. A lot of people have started to come to that realization too. It almost seems like some people are more susceptible to being glamored or enamored by whatever is fed to them through media, entertainment, the celebrity world, or politics. Just falling in line like good obedient servants, while high vibrational people have the ability to use discernment and question things, and they're not afraid to say, What the heck is going on here? High vibrational people have the ability, have the inclination to not blindly believe everything they're told to believe, or the things that you see at first glance. Some things need time to be pondered upon, to be dissected. Some things need to be deconstructed to understand the nuances of it. I think the separation between the two groups of people I just discussed is not only discernment, but also emotional intelligence, and those two things influence your vibration. High vibrational people have discernment and they tend to have more emotional intelligence. They take the time to listen to what they're being told and ponder on it, deconstruct it to see if it actually makes logical sense. Because I also feel like our emotions play a part in helping us make decisions as well. You may hear something and you're not a hundred percent sold on believing it, or you're just having that gut instinct or emotional intensity that rises to the surface when you're in certain environments, hearing certain things, or you're around certain people. I think our emotions try to chime in when we're making important decisions, when we're trying to decipher information, and when we're interacting with certain people in our life to help us integrate the information we're receiving. Being able to integrate information you're being told to believe and having the time to integrate all the information you're receiving, so it not only makes logical sense, but emotionally it feels like it's a good direction to go in as well. Some people may refer to the emotional aspect as gut instinct, and I think a lot of people ignore it. So, just making sure those two aspects of yourself, logic and emotion, are in sync with each other helps with developing a high vibration. You feel your emotions in your body, whether it's sadness that may cause tears to come down your eyes, or you feel a heaviness in your throat or your chest. You may feel the sensation of shock a lot of times in your stomach or your heart space. Your emotions are connected to those responses your body has to them. So making sure the mind and the body are in alignment is necessary for being a person that operates on a high vibration, or if you're a person who is intentional about working to become a high vibrational person. A lot of this boils down to quantum physics too. Energy, frequency, and vibration. I like to read a lot of books on this stuff, and I love how Nikola Tesla explained it. He said, if you want to find the secrets to the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. Once you understand the role quantum physics plays in our existence, you will recognize how important keeping a high vibration is. You have the ability to have better discernment when navigating the world, when interacting in your daily life. High vibrational people just seem to be more at peace with themselves. I think a good indicator of someone that unfortunately may operate at a lower vibration is a person who is quick to anger or always or easily agitated. If someone is like that all the time, you don't want to be around them, obviously, but there are some people out there that are good at wearing a mask. They can present themselves as one way. You meet their representative first, but in time, as you're around them more, their energy, their vibration, just gives off a lot of uh. Or you just don't like being around that person because they're too negative or too angry. Whatever low of vibration they're exhibiting, that's not pleasant to be around. There's just a mismatch, and you don't vibe well with them. Your energy and vibration are not in alignment. It's not personal, it's vibrational. I think we all experience this scenario because we all pick and choose our tribe. At a certain point in life, we all pick and choose our community. As you get older and you're on your own in the world, you may want to have a significant other or build community. Ideally, I would think a lot of you would look to build that relationship or community with people that bring you pleasure, fulfillment, and enjoyment. Why would you choose to drag a negative person along that's going to be an anchor in your life? You can't always help that depending on who that person is to you, but when you're building your own family, your own community, and carving out your own life in this world, you don't want to willingly invite someone into your life that is a negative influence or has heavy energy that is not easy to put up and deal with. To a certain extent, I think we all are aware of our vibration, especially when determining who you choose to interact with frequently or allow into your inner circle. So maybe even using that as a point of reference or a starting point in determining your level of vibration may help. Using it as a basis of, okay, here's where my energy is and where my vibration lands compared to so and so. Or maybe you have someone you're inspired by, and you're like, well, I'm at this vibration, and I'd love to elevate myself to get to their vibration. Doing this type of energetic assessment doesn't have to be a negative thing. It can be a tool of transformation as well. But I think from a practical standpoint, that's the most relatable scenario I can describe, which we all have encountered in our lives. Picking and choosing who you call a friend, picking and choosing how much access you give a person to you, or who's better off being an associate or acquaintance. You vibe with people, and with some people you don't. We all operate on various levels of consciousness, and we're all operating on different vibrations as we occupy this quantum field. It doesn't mean some people are better than others, it's just energy. A clashing of energy at times. And sometimes people don't always vibe well together, and it's okay to disconnect from people who are not aligned with you. A lot of the quantum physics things I talk about are directly linked to something called the Schumann resonance. I'll post a few links about the Schumann resonance in the show notes for reference. I think it would be cool to play a little game as well. I'll include a link to what's called a map of consciousness developed by Dr. David R. Hawkins that presents a diagram of vibrational states. See where you land on that diagram in terms of your emotional state and what vibrational frequency it corresponds with on the diagram. Dr. Hawkins states that 99% of the world's population is living at a contracted frequency below 200, which on his diagram corresponds with the emotion of courage. So the vast majority of humanity, according to his grid, is either exhibiting the frequency of suffering or just getting by. You always have a choice and can choose to raise your vibration. I was able to do it. I operated at a low vibration at one point when I was younger. I adapted to my environment, but once I moved out and had my own space, I became aware of my own vibration and realized being around toxic environments and people can rub off on you, and you may not even realize it until you pull yourself out of that pit. So, if you're someone listening who may have come to the realization you are a person that operates at a low vibration, according to Dr. Hawkins, that's most of the population. It's never too late to change. You don't have to be a product of your environment if you find yourself in that predicament. It's just energy. Expand. Expand your horizons. For my high vibers out there, those high vibrational people, continue to use discernment and emotional intelligence to protect your peace. Keep on. Keep it on. Well, that's all I have for today, everyone. Until next time, goodbye.
