Hi, I'm Jasmine Nicole. Welcome to the Motivational Mystic, a space for authentic higher conscious conversations to motivate, inspire, and empower. Thanks for listening. Each week, I'll drop a new conscious raising episode. Let's dive in. Everything is always working out for your highest good. If you adopt this mindset, you will realize that in life, even when dealing with setbacks or letdowns, there was a lesson in it, and a alternative path or method resulted because of it. It's possible that alternative path or method turned out better than anything you could have imagined. People can become so fixated on micromanaging and controlling or maneuvering things to go according to their plans, to force situations in order to fit within their plans, that we don't leave enough space for the universe, God, whatever divine omnipresence you believe in to show up for you and be a co-creator in this game called life. If you try to micromanage and control things too much, you may take away that space and can actually push that cohesive, co-creative energy with the universe away, blocking your blessings, so to speak. Your life, your essence. It is this beautiful dance, this beautiful co-creation with the universe, with the most high. So make sure throughout all your planning and maneuvering, you leave space for the universe to come through and sprinkle some of its mystical magic, that mystical energy, into your plans to help you manifest it. A key aspect in creating a space for that to happen is to have the proper mindset and expectation. It requires you to incorporate discipline in your life and many different aspects, and that can be quite difficult for anyone. But you have to stay focused, locked in to stay on the right path or reach a particular goal and maintain a positive mindset. It can be challenging. Life is full of challenges, but incorporating more discipline is something we can all benefit from. Staying disciplined in your pursuit of achieving or attaining something can be challenging for everyone. Maybe it's something as simple as wanting to lose weight. You have to be disciplined and working out and eating healthy. There could be someone out there that has educational achievements you want to reach, but life circumstances keep throwing obstacles in your way. Life is going to happen regardless of how well you plan things. How bad do you really want to meet that goal or reach that educational attainment? Things like that require discipline, where you just have to lock in and make it happen. Discipline also requires you to stay adaptable as well. We might have a plan for ourselves, and sometimes that plan may go off track. But it might send you on a beautiful side quest that you enjoy a lot of wonderful experiences and learn a lot of lessons from that may ultimately help you reach your goal. So I've learned, through personal experience, to adopt the mindset of everything is always working out for my highest good. And it usually does. Even during the struggles, the down seasons, the strife, keeping that everything is working out for my highest good mindset will help you to get through those tough times we all experience. You're not going to be someone that has everything figured out. Nobody does. We all just try our best to create a blueprint or a plan of action for those things we want to attain and experience. The things we want to produce and create in our lives. And things go off script all the time. Life is all about that, just being adaptable, despite whatever circumstances come your way. But don't completely deviate from your master plan what it is that you want to achieve, no matter what age or stage of life you are in. You might have side quests and detours along the way, of course, but those are to be expected. Those are unexpected expectations everyone should be prepared for, because nothing ever flows perfectly. However, just staying balanced mentally and emotionally stable throughout any hardship, any strife, any circumstance that comes your way helps with developing a everything is working out for my highest good mindset. And it does take a level of emotional intelligence. It does take a level of trust to surrender to that notion, to quiet the ego, and maintain that positive mindset that everything is always working out for your highest good. To cast that intention, to project that positive energy out into the universe where you are putting yourself in the receiving mode to believe, understand, and embody a everything is working out for my highest good mindset. And hey, when you're in a down season, just keep the faith that this too shall pass, honey. Because everything is always working out for your highest good. Always aim to exude positive energy or a positive outlook and awareness of things on this quantum energetic playing field that we all find ourselves on. If you've been listening to me for a while, you know I speak about the role quantum physics plays in our existence. I went into more detail about that during the previous episode, episode 24, so check it out if you're interested in hearing more about it. Keeping in the forefront of your mind that everything is working out for your highest good sends out positive energy for the universe to match and co-create with. Even incorporating that into your life as a daily affirmation may help. I fell off a little bit, but I started getting back on doing my daily affirmations, and one that I used to use, and I'm going to start incorporating again, is everything is working out for my highest good. If you want to expand it one step further and get even more daring, you can say, Everything is always working out for my highest good. That's probably what I'll start to do myself. Put yourself in a position to be a student of life. There may be times where you fall into the teacher role as well, but just experiencing, putting yourself in the position to be a student of life and experiencing this journey rather than being in a constant state of reaction, it helps you to have a more balanced perspective on things. When you put yourself in a position to not feel the pressure, to always have everything figured out in that very moment, to always be the one that has to fix something. Sometimes it's just good to be present, taking that pause and letting your journey unfold naturally to see what's required of you, how to respond to it, or what you can learn from it. Even in difficult times, things in life either happen for a lesson or a blessing. I've touched on that before, but to take that notion one step further, you're not always going to have control over things that happen in your life. We all know that. That's pretty much common sense, because life is very unpredictable. I've always looked at it like this. In life, no one fully has control. You just have a series of options and choices based on the scenario you find yourself in. You can try to control things or plan things out. There's nothing wrong with planning ahead and having a blueprint, or an outline of things you can see coming or want to achieve, or how to avoid certain pitfalls and setbacks if possible. But when those things happen, as they always do, that's the part that's out of your control. Become resilient enough to not get downcast, discouraged, or disgruntled by the temporary setback or predicament. Don't get lost in your head. Shake that energy off. Adopt a everything will work out for my highest good mentality, despite your situation. And that takes a level of resiliency. It takes resiliency to trust that even when things are going bad at the moment, ultimately everything will work out for your highest good. Some things in your life are necessary. You don't have control of everything. You're not supposed to. And I think the first step in adopting a everything is working out for my highest good mentality is getting comfortable with the notion that you're not always going to have control over the things that occur in your life. The irony about life is the only thing constant in life is change, which is very true. So when you get comfortable with that notion, it just makes it an easier process to adopt. A everything is always working out for my highest good mindset. So, when things don't work out your way, adopting that mindset is equivalent to tapping into your inner god or goddess energy, that main character energy of just letting things roll off your back and focusing on what's next. To always be forward thinking, forward moving is someone who embodies the notion that everything is always working out for my highest good. Especially in times of uncertainty, when you don't know which direction to go in, left or right, up or down, just really getting silent and becoming introspective and just developing that deep trust with the universe, that despite whatever situation or circumstance or scenario I find myself in, everything will always work out for my highest good. Keeping that positive mindset, exuding that positive energy out into the universe is necessary because you want to attract positive solutions, positivity back into your being. And really putting that positive thought, that positive intention out there, it helps. It matters, it matters. You want to align your energy with the positive energy that is out there in the universe so that you can co-create, you have this cohesive relationship of co-creation to manifest the things that you want. And even if you don't get the things that you want, it might be for your protection. There might be a higher or better solution out there. So just keeping that mindset of everything is always working out for my highest good, despite the circumstances you find yourself in, is key. Because we can again get so consumed with just meeting our goal or getting to that finish line that you might get there, but it it could have been a longer route, or you had to go through unnecessary obstacles and pitfalls where you're forcing a certain outcome when you can just really take a step back and recognize you're exerting or you're putting forth that positive energy to co-create with the universe and leave the space for the universe to do its part. And I know it can be difficult, you know, really having that trust, really being in the position to surrender and open yourself up to that divine guidance. You know, it's it's not easy. I think I I did create an episode on this, Surrender to the Unknown. Just really getting yourself in that mindset, that that space to trust. Trust the universe, trust source, trust God that everything is working out for your highest good, and you do have that co-creation with the creator to make it happen. But it all depends on your level of discipline, emotional intelligence, resiliency, and willingness to listen and be guided. It is difficult. I know it's difficult, it's not an easy task. You have so many things buying for your attention externally that it it is difficult for a lot of people to just shut out the white noise, become introspective and look inside. Look inside, develop that relationship with your soul, develop that relationship with yourself, develop that relationship with source. So despite any circumstance that comes your way, you know you have the tools, the resiliency, the resources to get through any storm that you find yourself in, and you will come out on the other side a better person because everything is always working out for your highest good. Well, that's all I had for today, everyone. I will be going away for Memorial Day weekend, so there will not be an episode next week. But I will be back with a new episode the following week. So I look forward to bringing you more fresh content at that time. Until next time, everyone, goodbye.
